Maddie has her Diploma in Children Services and a Diploma in Christian Studies and Theology.  Maddie initially started at Noah’s Ark 2012 before branching out into other opportunities.  Maddie returned to Noah’s in Feb 2015 and has been our Director since.  Maddie is also running our Children and Youth ministries.  Maddie was appointed as Children & Youth Pastor on completion of her Diploma of Christian Studies and Theology at the end of 2016.

Chris O’Sullivan

Chris was born on the island of Grenada, educated at a Catholic public school in England, and graduated from London University with a degree in Electronics Engineering. Subsequently he spent thirty-five years working as a patent attorney in Australia.

When he was 41, Chris met a street evangelist and a few months later was born again. Following his conversion both his sons were also baptised. A few years later Chris retired from his firm and retrained, gaining a Masters degree in Counselling. Since then Chris has started a counselling practice in association with the church at Berkeley Vale. He is also a published author and is currently working on a new book in the genre: spirituality. In his spare time he serves on a number of management and advisory boards. Chris was appointed elder in 2015

Rod Pallot

Born at the start of WW2 in Nazi occupied Jersey (British Isles) Rod moved to the UK for tertiary training prior to joining the Merchant Navy. Migrating to Australia in 1965 and serving for a few more years on Australian merchant ships.

In 1966 Rod married Leonie – they have three children and seven grandchildren.

Rod was raised in the Methodist Church and continued an association, including time as a Lifeline volunteer also initiating a Bush Regeneration project as an outreach to people on Community service orders. In 2014 they moved to the Central Coast and felt welcomed and “at home” as soon they discovered BVCoC.

Graeme Howarth

Graeme Howarth

Growing up as a Pastor’s Kid, Graeme grew up in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and drifted away from the church until his late 20’s. Graeme started attending in 2012.  He soon took on the role of “Licensee Delegate” (conduit between the church and pre-school. In 2014 he responded to God’s call into ministry and started studying a Bachelor of Ministry at Morling College.  In January 2015 Graeme was appointed as Student Pastor of the church to recognise his calling.

Graeme is married to Rebecca and they have three beautiful children (Joshua, Hope and Noah).
